1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small shallot chopped finely
7 ounces/200g mushrooms (I used crimini) sliced
2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions:
  • First step is Boil a large, salted pot of water for the pasta. Cook al dente according to package directions.
