Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower , cut into florets about 1 1/2 inches each
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic , peeled and smashed
4 sprigs fresh thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
