Ingredients:
1½ cups mung bean sprouts
1 tablespoon hot water
¼ teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

Instructions:
  • First step is Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, and cook the noodles for 1 minute. Drain, rinse in cold water, and spread the noodles out to drain further.

The tails add nice flavor to the dish, but you can remove them if you prefer.
