Ingredients:
180 grams (1 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
90 grams (2/3 cup) plain flour
70 grams (1/2 cup) milk or dark chocolate chunks

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat oven to 160 C (320 F). Grease and line an 8 inch square tin with paper baking, ensuring two sides of the paper overhang. Add butter and chocolate to a heatproof bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Leave to cool slightly.
